Special Airfare Discounts Fly on United, the official conference airline, and save! Call United directly or use your own travel agent and reference the meeting code to receive the discounted fares. Call United at (800) 521- 4041 (refer to discount code #552KB). If you purchase your ticket 30 days or more before the conference, you will save an additional five percent. Book early to take advantage of promotional fares that give you the greatest discount.
Ground Transportation Philadelphia is served by the Philadelphia International Airport, which is located 7.2 miles southwest of central Philadelphia. All ground transportation information is located in each baggage claim area, and there is an extensive network of taxis and shuttles available, plus Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) Rail service to the Convention Center area.
Shuttles depart regularly and range from $8 to $10 per person, one way.
Taxi flat rate $25 for up to three persons per taxi.

Philadelphia AMTRAK 30th Street Station

Special Rail Discounts Amtrak will offer a 10 percent discount off the lowest available fare to Philadelphia from April 11 through April 21, 2007. To make a reservation, call Amtrak at (800) 872-7245 or contact your local travel agent. Make sure you reference Fare Code Number X13M-973 when making your reservation. This offer is not valid on Auto Train, Acela Express First Class, or Metroliner Club Car service. Fare is valid on Acela Express Business Class and Metroliner Coach during off-peak weekday travel and all departures on weekends. This offer cannot be booked via the Internet.
Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA)

SEPTA' s R1 Airport Rail line runs from all Philadelphia International Airport Terminals to downtown Philadelphia's Market East Station one block from the Pennsylvania Convention Center. One way fare is $5.50 with half hour service daily.

NEW Save on Transit

SEPTA offers conference-goers a $15, special five-day Philadelphia transit pass that includes travel between the airport and the Amtrak and other downtown stations. On Saturday and Sunday, the pass is valid anywhere SEPTA goes. SEPTA will mail pre-ordered passes by March 25.
