In a rapidly changing world, planning in Pennsylvania is right in the thick of things. There are political changes, legislative changes, staff changes, and changes in public opinions. How do planners, local officials, realtors, lawyers, engineers, landscape architects, and others in our field keep up with these changes? This is the focus of the 2006 Pennsylvania Chapter of APA's annual conference. The theme of this year's conference is "CHANGE…PLAN…CHANGE."
